    Once the proposal is approved, both parties sign a contract detailing the scope of work, budget, timeline and other terms.

  • Objective: Prepare for the construction phase.

    This includes clearing the site, setting up temporary structures and installing necessary site services.

    You select materials, fixtures and finishes with our guidance.

  • Objective: Build according to the agreed-upon plans.
