In 2020, the pandemic presented numerous challenges for this project, including supply chain disruptions and staffing issues. Our team concentrated on sourcing materials and effectively managing long lead times to keep the project on schedule. Despite these setbacks, the end result is reminiscent of a boathouse, with the lake just 15 feet away. Many refer to it as the “Malibu house,” capturing its coastal charm and serene lakeside setting. This project showcases our commitment to overcoming obstacles while delivering a stunning and functional space.
